The Greenville Symphony Orchestra play Benjamin Britten's Variations on a Theme of Frank Bridge, Tchaikovsky's Serenade for Strings, and a Viola Concerto by Telemann; plus some standout Brevard performances from the Summer of 2010.

This week, two musicians from China: pianist and Van Cliburn gold medalist Haochen Zhang, and master of the traditional  instrument the pipa, Wu Man.  Zhang plays Mozart, Stravinsky and Brahms; Wu Man joins forces with the South Carolina Philharmonic for a concerto by composer Tan Dun.

It's music surrounded by art, with performances from the Bechtler Museum in Charlotte, NC. Members of the Bechtler Ensemble perform works by Debussy, Ravel, Borodin, Milhaud, Stravinsky and Brahms, joined by guests Janet Hilton and Rosemary Furniss.
